Womit Du uns unterstützt:

  • Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von IT-Systemlandschaften im Rahmen unserer Service- und Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Qualifizierte Bearbeitung und Analyse technischer Anfragen im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports über unser zentrales Ticketsystem
  • Betreuung der Client- und Server-Infrastruktur inkl. Betriebssysteminstallation, Softwareverteilung und Patchmanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerk-, Server- und Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Technische Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Peripherie sowie mobilen Geräten
  • Planung und Durchführung von IT-gestützten Arbeitsplatzumzügen und Rollout-Projekten
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Hardware-Reparaturen sowie Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und Herstellern
  • Dokumentation von Systemumgebungen, Prozessen und Lösungen sowie Erstellung technischer Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Inventarisierung von IT-Komponenten

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken und idealerweise Microsoft 365 oder Azure
  • Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung sowie analytisches Denken zur strukturierten Fehlerbehebung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, teamorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
