• ROLE PURPOSE:
• To manage transfer agency operations by ensuring accurate transaction approvals, adherence to key controls, and timely resolution of queries. The role maintains up-to-date team information, fosters collaboration across internal teams, and ensures high-quality customer service while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• •Monitor and approve the fund transactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of edits and updates.
• •Maintain up-to-date team information and distribute it appropriately to relevant stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to key Transfer Agency controls and compliance standards.
• •Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• •Foster collaboration with internal teams and act as a key liaison for operational matters
• •Represent the team in meetings, providing input and supporting decision-making processes.
• •Others assigned by team head and senior leaders.
• QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
• •Bachelor’s degree or related filed.
• •3-5 years experience ub asset management companies
• TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
• ⦁ Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and operational workflows.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
• ⦁ Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Drive operational improvements and lead complex projects.
• ⦁ Analytical & Problem-Solving: Handle high-level compliance and operational issues.
• ⦁ Communication & Negotiation: Engage with regulators and external partners effectively.
