- Job Description:
- This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings. Job expectations include supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The individual will be a member of the Global Markets & Research Campus Recruiting team and will help manage the end-to-end campus recruiting process and internship program management for Global Markets & Research Analyst and Associate programs. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent, and supporting the execution of a best-in-class candidate and intern experience. The recruiter will work closely with business stakeholders, HR partners, and campus recruiting peers to deliver against hiring targets and long-term talent strategies.
Campus Recruiting responsibilities may include:
- Meet intern and full-time hiring goals across assigned lines of business.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies designed to attract diverse, high-performing talent from target schools, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with school teams and business leaders to plan, staff and execute recruiting events using candidate engagement best practices.
- Manage candidate review process in partnership with key business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute Superday (final-round) interview processes, including interviewer preparation, logistics, debrief discussions, and offer decisions.
- Leverage recruiting analytics and historical hiring data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, identify top talent pipelines, and optimize recruiting investments.
- Analyze candidate quality, school performance, application trends, and conversion metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including interviews, offers, onboarding, and program participation.
- Facilitate onboarding activities in partnership with campus program managers, recruiting coordinators, and business partners.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, professionalism, compliance, and operational excellence while managing confidential information.
Internship Program Management responsibilities may include:
- Serve as a central point of contact for interns, managers, and business partners throughout the summer program.
- Assist with coordination of intern orientation, training sessions, networking events, volunteer activities, and professional development programming.
- Conduct regular check-ins with interns and business partners to monitor engagement, performance, and overall program experience.
- Partner with business leaders to facilitate performance feedback, mid-summer reviews, final evaluations, and conversion recommendations.
- Manage intern return-offer processes and placement activities, ensuring a seamless transition into full-time opportunities.
Required Qaulifications
- 2+ years of campus recruiting, talent acquisition, early careers, HR, or related experience.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to effectively influence and consult with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to support events outside of standard business hours and travel during peak recruiting seasons.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous campus recruiting or early careers recruiting experience within financial services.
- Experience supporting internship programs, leadership development programs, or analyst/associate programs.
- Program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of Global Markets and/or Global Research businesses.
- Experience utilizing recruitment analytics and workforce data to inform strategy and decision making.
- Ability to identify and implement innovative sourcing and candidate engagement strategies.
- Experience planning and executing campus, conference, virtual, and market-based recruiting events.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$83,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
