Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (3–6 Months)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Duration: 3–6 Months Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for niche and specialized roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• •Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• •Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• •Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• •Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree (completed)
• •Prior internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is mandatory.
• •Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools is a plus.
• •Ability to work from the Hyderabad office throughout the internship period.
