• The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping proactive talent acquisition strategies that support business growth and workforce needs.
• This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to anticipate hiring requirements and build scalable recruitment approaches across North America.
• You will drive improvements across the full-cycle recruiting funnel, leveraging technology, analytics, and innovative practices to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• The position also works closely with employment marketing teams to strengthen employer positioning, attract high-quality talent, and optimize recruitment campaigns.
• Using recruiting data and talent insights, you will measure performance, identify opportunities, and guide decisions that improve hiring outcomes.
• You will also build strong relationships with external recruiting partners while ensuring compliant, equitable, and consistent hiring practices.
