Position Summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Retail to join our team in Doral, Florida. This is a high-impact role that involves full-cycle recruitment for our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent through social media, professional networks, and partnerships.

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide guidance on hiring strategies.

Employer Branding: Promote Perry Ellis International as an employer of choice by leveraging branding strategies and building strong relationships with candidates.

Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, state/federal employment laws, and regulations throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the fashion or retail industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills:

Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of roles.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Greenhouse and recruitment platforms.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
