🎯 We are scaling fast and looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:

own the full-cycle recruitment for Mobile apps roles (motion designer, marketing manager, user acquisition, etc.);

own the full-cycle recruitment for AdTech & MarTech roles (business development, developers, marketing, etc.);

support with administrative roles (finance, HR, legal, business ops, system administrators, design, etc.);

build strong pipelines, manage outreach, and keep processes smooth and human;

shape role profiles and providing market insights to hiring managers;

be an ambassador of Spalah culture, ensuring every candidate is a great fit.

What we are looking for:

at least 2 year of recruitment experience;

strong track record in closing both business and technical roles;

able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment;

english - B1+.
