• This role is responsible for building and strengthening a high-quality talent ecosystem that supports impactful influencer marketing campaigns.
• You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across creator sourcing, negotiations, relationship management, and campaign delivery.
• Working closely with Strategy, Client Services, Research, Product, and Creator teams, you will help make talent a central driver of campaign performance.
• You will identify emerging creators, secure high-value partnerships, and develop relationships with creators, agents, and managers across key platforms and categories.
• The role also offers the opportunity to shape sourcing processes, improve operational efficiency, and stay ahead of cultural, platform, pricing, and regulatory trends.
• Your expertise will influence client recommendations, campaign outcomes, talent access, and long-term commercial relationships.
