This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent & People Specialist based in United Kingdom.
- This is a versatile People role combining talent acquisition with HR operations in a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS environment.
- You’ll play a direct part in building high-performing teams, with around 40 hires expected each year across Tech, Product, Data, Growth, Finance, and other functions.
- The role covers the full employee journey, from candidate engagement and hiring through onboarding, HR administration, and key employee moments.
- You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to create a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate and employee experience.
- There is significant scope to improve processes, automate workflows, strengthen HR systems, and introduce new tools and AI-enabled solutions.
