  • Du bist eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent? Bei uns leitest du deine Station eigenverantwortlich, förderst dein Team und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft - vom Tagesgeschäft über Qualität und Sicherheit bis hin zu Marketing und Abrechnung.
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Jugendschutzstandards
  • Kontrolle von Warenverfügbarkeit, Arbeitskleidung und Sicherheitsunterlagen
  • Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen und Promotions
  • Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, inkl. Bestellwesen, Warenwirtschaft und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Womit du begeisterst
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, idealerweise im Handel
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und Serviceorientierung
  • Lösungsorientiert, qualitätsbewusst, zuverlässig
  • Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und PC-Kenntnisse; flexible Einsatzbereitschaft
