PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC, per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale leader a livello globale.
Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax nella sede di Milano, PwC Tax & Legal è alla ricerca di studenti laureandi/neolaureati in discipline economiche interessati ad intraprendere e/o continuare il percorso di pratica professionale in ambito Tax Valuation .
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
Valutazioni a i fini fiscali e legali (es. rami d’azienda, asset intangibili, perizie per conferimento, ecc.);
Assistenza nella r edazione di business plan;
Analisi economiche di strumenti finanziari in ottica transfer pricing;
Valutazioni fiscali di piani di incentivazione manageriale (MIP);
Analisi quantitativa e attività di due diligence a supporto a i team M &A;
Completano il profilo i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea Magistrale in Economia .
M otivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale .
O ttima conoscenza della lingua inglese .
B uona conoscenza di Excel .
O ttima capacità di adattamento e propensione al team working .
I niziativa ed orientamento al risultato.
