Are you a TCAT student or recent graduate interested in launching your career in advanced manufacturing? CoorsTek is building a pipeline of skilled talent for a variety of roles across our facility, and we’re looking to connect with individuals who are eager to apply their technical training in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This is a general interest application for TCAT students and graduates who want to be considered for roles such as:

What You May Work On

Depending on the role, team members at CoorsTek may:

Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components

Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality and customer specifications

Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision instruments

Transfer and track production through manufacturing systems

Load, unload, and move materials using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas

Collaborate with team members across production, maintenance, and quality teams

Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We Look For

We welcome candidates who are:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a TCAT or similar technical training program

Interested in hands-on manufacturing careers

Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical processes

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Able to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions

Motivated to learn and grow within an advanced manufacturing environment

Team-oriented and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds

Experience in manufacturing, machining, maintenance, or technical trades is helpful but not always required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Technical training through TCAT or a similar trade program strongly encouraged
