Team Leader of Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Leader of Technology based in the United States.

• This role combines technical leadership and people management to oversee enterprise cloud and hybrid network infrastructure.
• You will lead a team of network engineers responsible for designing, securing, operating, and continuously improving critical network environments.
• The position has a strong focus on Microsoft Azure, hybrid connectivity, automation, observability, reliability, and network security.
• You will balance hands-on technical leadership with mentoring, performance management, incident response, and strategic planning.
• The role requires close collaboration with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and application teams to support infrastructure and deployment initiatives.
• You will also help establish reliability standards, strengthen security and compliance practices, and communicate technical risks and roadmaps to IT leadership.
• This is a full-time remote opportunity with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.
