What you'll be doing

As the face of our new Parramatta Westfield store, you'll:

• •Deliver exceptional customer service
• •Create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and teammates
• •Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• •Support day-to-day store operations across a variety of shifts
• •Prepare quality coffee and fresh food offers
• •Work as part of a fun and collaborative team

What we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• •A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
• •A passion for delivering great customer experiences
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •The ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• •Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends or overnights
• •Previous retail, customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
