Aufgabengebiet

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Payroll-Teams
  • -Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und korrekten Entgeltabrechnung
  • -Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie externe Stellen in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • -Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Payroll-Prozesse und Systeme
  • -Sicherstellung der Einhaltung steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • -Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie internationalen Ansprechpartnern
  • -Unterstützung bei Projekten rund um Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessverbesserungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • -Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • -Erfahrung im Dienstleistungs-, Consulting- oder Beratungsumfeld
  • -Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle zu gehen
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • -Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • -Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
