- Als teamleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor je medewerkers, veiligheid, kwaliteit, samenwerking en procesoptimalisatie. Onderstaande opsomming geeft je alvast een idee van jouw takenpakket:
- MEDEWERKERS
Coaching & aansturing van je team zodat de dagelijkse teamprestaties worden behaald.
Opmaak personeelsplanning
Voeren van functionerings- & welzijnsgesprekken
Je zorgt voor een optimale communicatie binnen de afdeling: infosessies, teamcorner, …
SAMENWERKING
Je zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking tussen de verschillende ploegen & afdelingen
VEILIGHEID & KWALITEIT
Je staat in voor de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
Je behaalt de operationele objectieven zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteitsvereisten.
PROCESOPTIMALISTATIE
Je draagt bij aan het optimaliseren van de processen, je krijgt bepaalde projecten toegewezen waar jij het voortouw in neemt!
Ben jij de kandidaat die wij zoeken?
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving
Je hebt uitstekende peopleskills en ervaring in het aansturen van teams & medewerkers
Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten of hebt een sterke technische affiniteit. Je leert graag bij en kijkt er naar uit je te verdiepen in onze productieprocessen.
Je staat bekend als initiatiefnemer en je probleemoplossend vermogen.
Je bent mensgericht, zelfstandig, stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk
Je hebt goede computer skills en leert vlot met nieuwe softwarepakketten werken.
Kennis van de textielsector is een pluspunt

Voltijdse functie in 3 ploegen in onze productie in Dendermonde, waarbij steeds laat (14u-22u), vroeg (6u-14u) en nachtshifts (22u-6u) elkaar afwisselen
