  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams innerhalb Global Operations
  • Förderung der Personalentwicklung sowie Coaching der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Team
  • Leitung von KIT- und Logistikprojekten
  • Projektcontrolling und Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des jeweiligen Bereichs (GOL1) in allen relevanten Aspekten, z. B. Materialplanung, Engineering und Lagerverwaltung
  • Erstellung der entsprechenden Projektplanung in Abstimmung mit den verbundenen Abteilungen sowie Leitung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung laufender Projekte innerhalb der KIT-Logistik
  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Projektplänen einschließlich Zeit-, Budget- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Bezug zu Supply Chain, Logistik oder Materialwirtschaft
  • Erfahrung in Industrie- oder Produktionsunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in einer fachlichen Leitungsfunktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Logistikplanung sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere im Bereich WM oder EWM, wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
