AUFGABENBEREICH:
o Operative und disziplinarische Führung unseres Infrastruktur-Teams
o Aufnahme, Erarbeitung und Analyse von Fachanforderungen
o Erstellung und Umsetzung von fachlichen und technischen Konzepten
o Verantwortung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Netzwerkes, seiner Komponenten und der Server- und Clientinfrastruktur
o Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit aller zentralen IT-Systeme und Services
o Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen
o Operative Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IKT-Infrastruktur
o Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement und die Einhaltung von IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen in der Infrastruktur
Das bringst du mit:
o Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
o Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
o Verständnis für gesetzliche und normative Anforderungen (DSGVO, ISO, etc.)
o Zertifizierung im Bereich IT-Servicemanagement oder ITIL von Vorteil
o Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, operativ im IT-Betrieb mitzuarbeiten
o Strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
o Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist
o Freude an Kommunikation und Abstimmung
