En ThinkUp estamos incorporando a un/a Arquitecto / Tech Lead con experiencia en Banca o Fintech. Buscamos a alguien con perfil más orientado a arquitectura que a un stack puntual: profundidad técnica, visión de infraestructura y liderazgo de equipo, con capacidad de operar en entornos exigentes.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Serás responsable de definir arquitecturas, soluciones tecnológicas en coordinación directa con el cliente y con los responsables de negocio. Definirás arquitecturas que aseguren escalabilidad, seguridad y confiabilidad de los sistemas. Trabajarás alineando al equipo con los objetivos de negocio, actuando como referencia técnica en temas de infraestructura, tecnologías y facilitando la colaboración entre el equipo y stakeholders de producto.

Responsabilidades principales

Entender las necesidades funcionales y técnicas del cliente.

Definir la arquitectura de sistemas críticos, priorizando escalabilidad, seguridad y disponibilidad.

Ser referencia técnica.

Traducir requerimientos de negocio/producto en soluciones técnicas viables.

Asegurar buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

Interactuar con los stakeholders del cliente, técnicas y de negocio.

Ser referente en tendencias, nuevas herramientas y tecnologías.

Requisitos excluyentes

Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o afines.

+3 años de experiencia en arquitectura de software.

Experiencia en banca o fintech.

Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.

Experiencia con arquitecturas distribuidas, diseño de APIs y sistemas de alta disponibilidad.

Familiaridad con herramientas de IA aplicadas a desarrollo/gestión técnica.

Requisitos deseables

Conocimientos de infraestructura cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD y contenedores.

Experiencia en modelos B2B con clientes bancarios.

Habilidades

Liderazgo técnico y de personas.

Comunicación clara y gestión de expectativas con stakeholders.

Foco en resultados y mejora continua.
