Technical (Construction) Risk Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical (Construction) Risk Analyst based in Canada.

• This role combines technical construction expertise, risk analysis, underwriting support, and field-based assessment across Ontario.
• You’ll evaluate builder performance, construction practices, warranty trends, and other indicators to identify potential risks before they become larger issues.
• The position provides technical guidance to underwriting teams and helps translate field observations and file data into practical recommendations.
• You’ll work directly with builders, consultants, internal teams, and regulatory or enforcement stakeholders when required.
• The role offers a balance of independent home-office work, analytical responsibilities, and frequent travel to construction sites throughout Ontario.
• Your expertise will contribute to stronger building practices, informed risk decisions, and improved consumer protection outcomes.
