## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter CCM-Lösungen
  • Implementierung und Anpassung von CCM-Plattformen und -Systemen
  • Durchführung von Tests und Qualitätskontrollen, um die Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit der CCM-Lösungen sicherzustellen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Integration und dem Betrieb von CCM-Lösungen
  • Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung von Best Practices im Bereich CCM

## Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Interesse an der Konzeption und Implementierung von CCM-Lösungen
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Anforderungen in kundenspezifische Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Englisch­kenntnisse
