Technical Lead - C++ Developer

In this role, you will take charge of developing casino games for a variety of cabinets and regions. What You'll Do

• •Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers
• •Build slot games tailored to multiple cabinets and markets
• •Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, memory profiling, and other code hygiene processes
• •Ensure game quality and timely delivery to market
• •Collaborate with a dedicated team of artists, game designers, developers, and test engineers
• •Continuously improve processes and contribute to a culture of excellence
• •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain flawless game performance
• •Implement new features and improvements in existing games
• •Keep up-to-date with industry trends and integrate guidelines into game development

What We're Looking For

• •At least 5 years of experience in software development
• •Outstanding programming skills in C++ under Windows and Linux operating systems
• •Strong skills in object-oriented development, algorithms, and data structures
• •Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle and engineering concepts
• •A degree in Computer Science (B Tech/BE/MCA) or equivalent experience
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• •Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
• •Experience in game development is a plus
