Responsibilities

• •Support Property Manager and Building Service Engineer to oversee technical operation
• •Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• •To plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure
• •Preparing tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
• •Main contact person for all technical service contractors
• •Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
• •Handle defect rectification aspects
• •Co-ordinate with Property Manager and Building Service Engineer to facilitate business needs
• •Work with different department to conduct regular audits to comply with company procedure & statutory requirements

Requirements

• •Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering and/or Facilities Management/Property Management/or equivalent
• •Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in property maintenance or related field
• •Strong leadership skills and problem solving skill
• •Registered Electrical Worker license A (or B which is an advantage)
• •Experience in commercial buildings is in advantage
• •Strong PC literacy for tender preparation and able to manage daily activities using various systems, such as BMS, and other computerized control/monitoring system
• •Hands-on knowledge of PC applications including MS Office, AutoCAD, Project Management Scheduling, etc.
