- Title: Technical Product Manager
Location: Preferred Bellevue, WA or Frisco, TX (Onsite - 3-4 days a week)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology solutions within the telecommunications industry. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of product management, telecommunications domain expertise, technical acumen, program leadership, and some AI solution experience . They must be capable of driving complex initiatives from concept to production while aligning cross-functional teams around a common vision.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Translate customer, market, and operational needs into scalable product and solution requirements.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions for new products and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through deployment and optimization.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, release planning, and backlog management.
- Drive requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning activities.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, data, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to modernize telecom platforms and customer experiences.
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to define AI use cases and establish success metrics.
- Ensure responsible AI implementation, governance, and business value realization.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology teams, customers, and external partners.
- Present strategy, progress updates, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Act as the primary product owner and decision-maker for assigned initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Solution Delivery experience.
- 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other product delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from ideation through implementation and adoption.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
AI & Emerging Technology Experience
- Experience delivering AI-enabled products or business solutions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of AI use cases within telecom, customer care, and enterprise operations.
- Experience defining AI product requirements, success metrics, and adoption strategies.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
