Responsibilities

Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements
Ideate and collaborate with internal engineering teams on how to best implement Candor's healthcare data into client systems
Serve as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customers
Maintain and update clear technical documentation, integration guides and solution proposals for our clients and prospects
Set up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needs
Implement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clients
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution to customer technical challenges
Leverage AI tooling, create and refine shared skills to effectively to improve the quality and velocity of our remediation of client issues

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles
Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting
Comfortable in a terminal, reading code, and working with APIs
Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and relational databases
Experience in tracking down critical issues and client questions, being the point person for client escalations
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset; skilled at active listening and translating customer needs into technical solutions
Proactive in identifying opportunities for product improvements, technical automation, or enhanced customer outcomes
Experience with healthcare tech is a plus
