• This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and hiring exceptional technical talent across engineering and AI disciplines.
• You will proactively source engineers across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, and other highly technical areas.
• The position combines talent mapping, technical profile assessment, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruiting ownership.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical requirements and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
• The role requires the ability to look beyond titles and keywords to understand the substance, complexity, and relevance of a candidate’s work.
• You will help build a high-quality technical recruiting pipeline in a fast-moving environment with demanding hiring standards.
