岗位职责：
1. 能独立操作截齿自动焊接设备/焊接机器人，完成采煤、掘进截齿齿体与硬质合金刀头自动焊接；按工艺卡设置电流、电压、焊接时间、送丝、保护气体等参数。
2. 完成工件装夹、上料、下料，监控焊接过程；能够识别虚焊、脱焊、气孔、裂纹、焊偏等截齿常见焊接缺陷，及时调整参数，发现异常及时停机上报。
3. 设备班前点检、班后设备维护：工装夹具、冷却、气路、送丝机构清理，更换焊丝、易损件，填写点检记录。
4. 半成品自检，区分合格/不良品；做好现场5S，能够执行工厂安全生产规范。
5. 配合工厂技术人员调试新工艺、新型号截齿焊接程序。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，身体健康， 能适应车间倒班，（不知咱们产线是否适用） 吃苦耐劳，服从生产现场安排。
2. 持有特种作业焊工证优先，熟悉气保焊、截齿钎焊/堆焊工艺者优先.
技能要求： 1. 有截齿自动焊接、钎焊、焊接机器人实操经验优先。2. 看懂作业指导书，能识别焊缝缺陷；了解42CrMo截齿钢体、硬质合金刀头焊接特性等。3. 会设备简单调试，能排查简单设备故障；基础识图，看懂简单零件图纸。4. 质量意识强，重视焊接强度等。
