IHR PROFIL:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter_in
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Elektrotechnikmeister, HTL, HTBLA oder FH/Uni)
  • Sie sind eine gefestigte Persönlichkeit mit freundlichem und professionellem Auftreten
  • Sie legen Wert auf Genauigkeit sowie auf eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Lösungsorientierter und deeskalierender Kommunikationsstil
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • Selbstständiges und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Kundenorientiertheit und Teamfähigkeit

DAS ERWARTET SIE:

  • Eine leistungsgerechte Entlohnung; Mindestentgelt laut Kollektivvertrag (Metall- und eisenverarbeitende Betriebe) bzw. ein Jahresbruttogehalt von bis zu 80.000,- EUR brutto/Jahr. Einstufung und Entlohnung abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
  • Sie werden vom ersten Tag an voll in alle Abläufe unseres Betriebes eingegliedert und von erfahrenen Kolleg_innen eingeschult
