  • ºBetreuung und Instandhaltung der technischen Gebäudeausstattung
  • ºDurchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und technischer Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • ºKoordination und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister und Fachfirmen
  • ºSicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen Betriebs
  • ºUnterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen
  • ºDurchführung von regelmäßigen Prüfungen und Dokumentation der technischen Anlagen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • ºAbgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • ºMehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Techniker, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder ähnliches
  • ºFlexibilität hinsichtlich vereinbarter Bereitschaftsdienste
  • ºHohe Serviceorientierung, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • ºStrukturierte, selbstständige und stressresistente Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • ºTeamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln
