Wir suchen einen engagierten und erfahrenen Technischen Leiter (m/w/d) für unseren Bereich Formen- und Werkzeugbau. Sie sind verantwortlich für die techn. Leitung unserer Projekte, die Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und aktiver Kundenbetreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische Projektleitung und Koordination im Formen- und Werkzeugbau
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Qualitätssicherung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen der Entwicklungsabteilung und der Produktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Werkzeugmachermeister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Formen- und Werkzeugbau
  • Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
