  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Pulverproduktion und angrenzende Fertigungsprozesse inklusive fachlicher und organisatorischer Führung des Produktionsteams
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Durchsatz, Ausbringung und Produktqualität
  • Technologische Weiterentwicklung der Pulvermetallurgie sowie Entwicklung neuer Legierungs- und Pulverrezepturen gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung
  • Skalierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Produktion, insbesondere Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von PLS-/MES-Systemen
  • Steuerung technischer Projekte sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Anlagenherstellern, Lieferanten, Einkauf und Entwicklung
  • Begleitung von Anlagenbeschaffung, Lastenheften, Rohstoffauswahl und Produktanläufen
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Metallurgie, Werkstofftechnik, Gießereitechnik, Hüttenwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Pulverherstellung und Pulvermetallurgie , idealerweise ergänzt um Erfahrung in Schmelzmetallurgie und Feuerfestmaterialien
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktion, Fertigung oder Verfahrenstechnik , idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Organisation von Produktions- oder Fertigungsteams
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung, Produktionssteuerung und Produktionsskalierung
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Produktionsumfeldern, Qualitätsmanagement oder Medizinprodukten von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP , sowie hohe Affinität zu MES, Prozess- und Produktionsdaten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz
