Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Reparaturen, Umbauten und technischen Befundungen an Kundengeräten und Frequenzumrichtern
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Verwaltung und Abwicklung von Kundenleihgeräten
  • Durchführung elektrischer und mechanischer Prüfungen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Wareneingängen, Servicemeldungen sowie Reparatur- und Fertigungsaufträgen in SAP
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung und den Produktionsbereichen
  • Gelegentliche Serviceeinsätze beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Pflege und Auswertung von Service-Kennzahlen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Mechanik
  • Erfahrung in der Montage, Prüfung und Reparatur technischer Geräte
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und hohe Kundenorientierung
