Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Schienenfahrzeugtechnik-Service suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Mitarbeiter für den Technischen Support After Sales Schienenfahrzeugtechnik (m/w/d)

IHRE AUFGABE

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen im Rahmen der Gewährleistungs-, Garantieansprüche und Feldreparaturen einschl. kfm. Abwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit Herstellern/Lieferanten bzgl. Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfällen
  • Unterstützung bei Fehlersuche/Ursachenfindung im Bereich Mechanik/Hydraulik/Pneumatik/Elektrik
  • Koordination/Überwachung von Reparaturen in Zusammenarbeit mit Service-Technikern und anderen internen Abteilungen

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder zusätzliche Fachausbildung
  • kaufmännische Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Deutsch- und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
