Tele - Sales

Manage restaurant and merchant accounts, oversee day-to-day account operations, and build strong partner relationships.

Handle restaurant content management, table reservations, merchant payouts, and resolve operational issues across assigned accounts.

Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) on merchant management, escalations, partner requirements, and business-related requests.

Act as a liaison between restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.

Identify and address operational concerns, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure smooth execution of account-related processes.

Support partner success through proactive stakeholder coordination, issue management, and operational support.

Maintain accurate account information and ensure partner requirements are met within defined processes.
