POSITION: Telecom Technician

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Wiring Telecom Technician for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Troubleshoot telephone and data lines
• •Run CAT6 data cable and terminate and test
• •Set out telephones and data lines for events
• •Provide maintenance on various telephone closets and enclosures
• •Maintain organization and cleanliness in telephone/IT rooms
• •Track inventory of telephone and wiring and related supplies
• •Assist IT and Telecom Techs as necessary
• •All other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass a criminal background check

• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •Knowledge of telephone systems and simple data systems is a plus
• •Must be able to carry ladders and boxes of data wire
• •Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education and/or Experience

• •High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred
• •1-3 years of working experience within telephone and data wiring preferred
