TEMPORARY POSITION: Technical Designer, Men's Young Customer - (Hybrid, Seattle)

POSITION NOTE: This position is being offered at a TEMPORARY assignment at Nordstrom. The expected duration of this temporary assignment is from 10/26/2026 to 12/04/2026, subject to change based on the needs of the business. The position will end at the conclusion of the assignment.

WORK LOCATION : This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week.

Project Scope: This temporary Technical Designer will help cover all technical design responsibilities for the Men’s Young Customer (Nordstrom Made brands).

Responsibilities include:

• •Collaborating with design partners on tech pack handoffs
• •Spec'ing samples and prepping for fittings
• •Conducting fittings and taking fit notes
• •Sending fit comments to vendors and answering vendor emails
• •Reviewing PP and TOP samples

You own this if you have…

• •Minimum of 4 years' experience in Technical Design or related field
• •A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Pattern Making or related field or equivalent industry experience
• •Strong organizational and time management skills
• •Clear, effective written and verbal communication
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Pay Range Details

• The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
• Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$80,000.00 - $132,000.00 Annual
