Job Description:

As a Tendering and Proposal Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming customer needs into competitive, high-quality proposals that drive growth and strengthen market position. You will work at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations—bringing together insights, data, and expertise to craft winning solutions.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact

  • Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope
  • Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs
  • Manage tender timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time submissions
  • Analyze bid opportunities and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions
  • Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks
  • Engage with customers to clarify requirements and support a positive experience

Your background

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and market data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
