## Ihre vielseitigen Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung nachhaltiger, innovativer Konzepte und Lösungen für Neubauten und Sanierungen, z.B. in Form von wirtschaftlichen Planungsvorgaben oder Systemplanungen für die verschiedenen Leistungsphasen der HOAI für den elektrotechnischen Bereich.
  • -
  • Anfertigung von Schemata für die zu planenden Anlagen und Gewerke einschließlich der Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanungsunterlagen.
  • -
  • Koordinieren der Schnittstellen zwischen Projektteams, technischen Gewerken und Hochbaugewerken.
  • -
  • Aufzeigen von Mehrwerten für alle Projektbeteiligten wie Nutzer, Investoren, Betreiber und Planer.
  • -
  • Fachbauüberwachung und Projektleitung in der LPH 8 mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik (KG400).
  • -
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards.

## Ihre Basis:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Bachelor, Master, Dipl.-Ing.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Elektroplanung, in den HOAI Leistungsphasen 1 – 8.
  • Sichere Kommunikation mit Nachunternehmen auf der Basis von VOB-Werkverträgen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe verbunden mit analytischem und vernetztem Denken.
  • Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Planungssoftware (Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
