• This remote role coordinates the end-to-end delivery of franchise store openings and remodels across a multi-state territory.
• You will manage project timelines, milestones, documentation, dependencies, and readiness activities from design through opening.
• The position brings together franchisees, contractors, vendors, and internal teams across design, construction, operations, compliance, training, and technology.
• You will serve as a central point of contact, keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
• The role combines project coordination, construction support, franchise onboarding, risk management, and operational readiness.
• Success requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Although remote, the position requires regular travel across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to support centers being built or remodeled.
