We’re looking for a motivated and capable Third in Charge to join our team at Merchant 1948 Albany store . You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in running the floor, coaching the team, and keeping things moving – especially when leadership isn’t on-site. It’s a great next step if you’re looking to grow your leadership skills while staying hands-on with the team and the customer experience.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role: Third in Charge

Rostered Hours:

Tuesday: 10:30am - pm

Wednesday: 10am - 6pm

Thursday: 11am - 5pm

Friday: 9:30am - 5pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Minimum Hours: 34.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $26.00 + bonus potential!

What your day will look like:

Supporting day-to-day operations and stepping in to lead shifts

Coaching and developing team members during your shifts

Driving sales and keeping your team energised and focused

Creating memorable customer experiences

Supporting a positive, inclusive store culture

Assisting with visual merchandising, stock, and store standards

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have retail experience and some leadership skills (or are ready to grow them!)

Are passionate about sales and great service
