Aufgaben

  • Instandhaltung und Durchführung von Einzelreparaturen in Mieterwohnungen
  • Austausch und Reparatur von Glas­scheiben, Türen, Fenstern und entsprechenden Anbauteilen sowie Not­sicherung
  • Verlegen und Instandsetzen von Laminat- und Parkettböden
  • Demontage- und Montage von Einbauküchen im Rahmen von Versicherungsschäden

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Führerschein der Klasse B oder 3
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens B2-Niveau
