Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich hochwertiger Holzverarbeitung und Innenausbau, suchen wir einen Tischlergesellen (m/w/d) der Freude an präziser Arbeit und kreativen Projekten hat.

Der Einstieg erfolgt über die Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, eine spätere Übernahme ist durch unseren Kunden vorgesehen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fertigung und Montage von Möbeln, Innenausbauten und Bauelementen
  • Bedienung moderner Maschinen und Werkzeuge
  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Restaurationsarbeiten
  • Umsetzung individueller Kundenaufträge nach Zeichnung und Maß
  • Oberflächenbehandlung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Werkstatt- und Montageteam

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und Handwerkzeugen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, Präzision und ein Auge fürs Detail
  • Zuverlässige, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
