  • Verkauf von touristischen Leistungen aus der gesamten Produktpalette
  • Aktive Kundenbindung durch hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Alltag
  • Alle im Reisebüro anfallenden Tätigkeiten
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Reiseverkehrskauffrau/-mann bzw. Tourismuskauffrau/-mann oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Engagiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten, sowie eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Vollreisebüro wünschenswert, aber auch Berufsanfänger nach erfolgreichem Lehrabschluss, sowie Berufsrückkehrer sind willkommen
  • Ausgeprägte Fach-, Produkt- und Zielgebietskenntnisse
  • Geübter und sicherer Umgang mit den Reservierungs-/Buchungssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verkaufs- und Beratungstalent
  • Ziel- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit starkem Teamgeist
  • Gepflegtes, freundliches Auftreten
