TQ Urschel Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Title: Total Quality Urschel Operator

Reports To: Department Supervisor

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

2nd Shift

Hours: 2:45pm-11:15pm

Overtime required based on production need.

$19.00/hour

Operates mixing machine to blend ingredients into compounds for processing by performing the following duties:

Other duties may be assigned.

• •Verifies ingredients prior to mixing.
• •Loads ingredients into mixing tank.
• •Starts machine and adjusts valves or devices in mixing chamber to aid in blending and densifying mixture.
• •Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency and turns lever to unload mixture into totes or bulk tanks.
• •Immediately relays any problems or concerns with product to the Department Supervisor.
• •Cleans and sanitizes mixing tanks, pumps and pipes.
• •Required to become a licensed forklift operator.

Language Skills
