This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Trade/Channel Marketing Analyst in São Paulo/SP with Signify.

• •Executes go-to-market, pricing, and channel strategies to drive distribution performance, sales, and margin growth.
• •Develops customer segmentation, insights, and omnichannel marketing plans to generate demand and improve the marketing funnel.
• •Manages commercial policies, promotional activities, A&P budgets, and ROI to maximize business performance.
• •Builds strategic customer relationships, leads co-marketing initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, MarCom, and external agencies.
• •Drives cross-functional team engagement, capability development, and day-to-day channel marketing operations, including people management when applicable.

More about you

• •Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •Experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or commercial roles, with a strong focus on sell-out strategies and helping customers increase sales and consumer portfolio.
• •Proven ability to develop customer-centric business strategies, identify sales opportunities, recommend promotional campaigns, and build business cases based on market and competitive insights.
• •Experience supporting commercial teams and driving product activation, visibility, and positioning at the point of sale, working closely with distributors and customers to maximize product exposure.
• •Familiarity with both online and offline sales channels, ideally within lighting, electrical materials, tools, or large multinational companies.
• •Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency is required.
