Role Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates with a specialization in Digital Media Marketing to join our AdTech Team as Trainee Analysts. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital advertising operations, campaign management, and performance analytics for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist in setting up and managing digital ad campaigns
• •Support Ad Operations (campaign trafficking, monitoring, reporting)
• •Contribute to SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing initiatives
• •Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
• •Perform quality checks and ensure timely campaign delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• •MBA (Digital Media Marketing) OR Bachelor’s degree with certified Digital Marketing course (mandatory)
• •Strong interest in Digital Advertising and Analytics
• •Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts)

Preferred Skills

• •Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Ad Ops
• •Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Analytics tools
• •Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
