We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee to join our Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters while working alongside leading practitioners across multiple jurisdictions.

• About the Role
• As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including:

• •Supporting international and domestic arbitration proceedings
• •Assisting with commercial, civil, and administrative litigation
• •Contributing to cases involving compliance, sanctions, and white-collar crime
• •Conducting legal research and drafting procedural documents
• •Participating in client meetings, hearings, and case strategy discussions

You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries such as energy, infrastructure, finance, pharmaceuticals, and retail, collaborating closely with colleagues across our international network.

• About You
• We are looking for someone who is:

• •A final-year law student or recent graduate from a recognised Ukrainian university
• •Genuinely interested in dispute resolution and litigation
• •Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• •Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •An excellent communicator in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
• •Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
• •Able to work both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure
