About the Research Institute:

The IRIS Institute (gGmbH) bridges the gap between scientific spatial data research and practical implementation, identifying and evaluating high-value strategic sites for energy storage systems and digital infrastructure.

What We Offer:

We provide complete end-to-end support for international candidates under the German Opportunity Card system, including official paperwork, degree validation, housing assistance, and living allowances during the trainee phase. On-site German language courses and direct involvement in high-impact energy infrastructure initiatives are part of the package.

Your Role & Key Tasks:

You will translate spatial data analyses and infrastructure parameters into structured location dossiers and automated B2B lead profiles. You will support technical communications with project partners and institutional stakeholders, while capturing practical industry feedback to continuously refine our spatial queries and research algorithms.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a completed degree in Business Engineering, Spatial Economics, Real Estate, Spatial Planning, or Geoinformatics with a commercial mindset. You must have strong communication and organizational skills, an ability to interpret infrastructure maps and site metrics, and fluent English skills.
