Transactions Closing, Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transactions Closing, Analyst based in Canada.

This is a fully remote role focused on ensuring real estate transactions are accurately reviewed, documented, and closed on time. You will manage multiple transactions across several platforms while verifying critical dates, documentation, funding eligibility, and agent and team splits. The role requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of the real estate transaction lifecycle. You will work closely with agents, transaction teams, colleagues, and supervisors to keep deals progressing smoothly and resolve issues when they arise. Success in this position depends on organization, responsiveness, customer service, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to a collaborative virtual workplace where clear communication and ownership are essential.
