Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary, results-driven Transformation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Digital BU team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end operational transformation programs, implementing scalable digital and service delivery architectures, leading the integration of emerging AI and automation technologies, and managing cross-functional change governance to ensure measurable business impact across global service delivery teams.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Transformation Strategy & Operational Excellence: Lead end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and benefit realization, using Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and standard work frameworks to optimize productivity, turnaround time, quality, and margins.
  • Design & Implement Scalable Service Architectures: Define and execute customer-centric digital service delivery models, establishing physical and platform operating requirements, governance frameworks, and KPIs/SLAs while leading platform releases, UAT, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Deploy AI, Robotics & Intelligent Automation: Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value operational use cases leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), robotics, and predictive analytics to modernize high-volume digital workflows and build effective human-in-the-loop operating models.
  • Lead Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Build collaborative partnerships across Operations, Technology, Product, and Executive Leadership to execute change management strategies, establish program governance, and communicate transformation roadmaps and ROI to senior leadership.
  • Embed Risk Management & Operational Resilience: Strengthen operational controls, documentation, and compliance frameworks using methodologies such as FMEA to reduce operational risk and maintain audit readiness for standards including SOC and SSAE Type II.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, digital transformation, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of high-volume digital operations, intelligent document processing (IDP), business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, and modern automation tools (Agentic AI, Generative AI, Robotics).
  • Proven ability in structuring complex operational problems, applying Lean Six Sigma and process optimization techniques, managing cross-functional programs, and driving executive-level stakeholder alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Lean Six Sigma certification and experience scaling solutions across global delivery environments (India and North America) are highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, travel up to 50%, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
